目的 探讨心电图中出现U波倒置 (NU)现象的临床意义。方法 回顾性分析 36例心电图中有NU现象的病例 ,并与 5 0例无NU现象的病例进行比较。结果 NU多并发有明显的其他心电图异常 ,尤其是ST -T的缺血性改变以及左室肥大与劳损 ,同时其舒张功能有明显下降 ,而收缩功能未见明显的改变 ,且与心律失常的发生无明显的关系。结论 心电图中NU现象的发生 ,与患者心肌缺血发作、心脏舒张功能减退有密切的关系。是一个对冠心病、心绞痛的诊断以及判断心功能改变有价值的指标
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of U wave inversion (NU) in electrocardiogram. Methods A retrospective analysis of 36 cases of NU in ECG cases, and 50 cases of non-NU cases were compared. Results NU complicated with significant other ECG abnormalities, especially ST-T ischemic changes and left ventricular hypertrophy and strain, while its diastolic function decreased significantly, while no significant changes in systolic function, and arrhythmia There is no obvious relationship.
