高压水射流钢坯除鳞技术是目前国内外应用最为普遍的一项除鳞技术。目前,国内在高压水射流除鳞系统设计上普遍采用试算方法。试算方法在实践中证明是一种比较实用的方法,但这种方法不能得出最佳参数值,即在满足钢坯除鳞效果的条件下,不能最大限度的达到节水节能的目的。以优化设计方法来进行除鳞环的设计,实现除鳞效果同时也达到了资源节约的目的。
High-pressure water jet billet descaling technology is the most widely used at home and abroad a descaling technology. Trial calculation proves to be a practical method in practice, but this method can not obtain the best parameter value, that is to say, under the condition of satisfying the descaling effect of billet, the purpose of water saving and energy saving can not be achieved to the maximum extent.
