采用铣削法在7075铝合金退火板表面引入初始残余应力,研究了交变载荷加载状态下表面残余应力的演变规律,并基于包辛格效应和塑性变形理论讨论了交变载荷加载状态时残余应力松弛机理。结果表明:交变载荷对铝合金板表面残余应力松弛的影响主要取决于加载应力与残余应力的矢量叠加;交变载荷对残余应力松弛主要在第一个作用周期;当加载周期增大到一定程度后,交变载荷比单向载荷对残余应力的松弛效果更好。
The initial residual stress was introduced on the surface of 7075 aluminum alloy annealing plate by milling method. The evolution law of residual stress on the surface of 7075 aluminum alloy annealed plate was studied. The residual stress at alternating load was discussed based on Bauschinger effect and plastic deformation theory Relaxation mechanism. The results show that the influence of alternating load on the residual stress relaxation on the surface of aluminum alloy plate mainly depends on the vectorial superposition of loading stress and residual stress. The alternating stress relaxes the residual stress mainly in the first active period. When the loading period increases to a certain value After the degree, the alternating load is better than the one-way load on the relaxation of residual stress.
