焊接上人才培养与企业需求之间的缝隙,把优秀的人才吸引进来,制造业才能看到希望。提起国产产品,人们或许会想起“神舟”上天、“蛟龙”入海,也可能联想到水龙头漏水、圆珠笔漏油……的确,中国制造客观上存在着大而不强、创新力不足等问题,但究其底,仍缘于人才不强。近日,教育部、人力资源和社会保障部、工业和信息化部联合印发《制造业人才发展规划指南》,目的就在于从根本上补齐这一短板。
