本文以气体动力学理论为基础,分析进气管内气体流动规律和气体三种动态效应对进气管内压力的影响。据扰动波理论提出了增压进气管当量长度计算公式和利用特征线法计算进气压力的方法。这一理论为进气管优化设计提供了理论依据。采用增压进气管可使发动机功率提高,例如武汉水运工程学院实测195柴油机,进气管加长到1.4~1.5米,发动机功率可提高20%以上。进气门处压力由原来1.0kg/m~2左右可提高到1.35kg/m~2—北京农机院实测结果。按本理论计算结果与此实测结果是一致的。
Based on the theory of gas dynamics, this paper analyzes the gas flow in the intake pipe and the effect of the three dynamic effects of gas on the pressure in the intake pipe.
