山东省委、省政府高度重视机构编制工作。全国编办主任会议后,省政府常务会议、省编委会议专题听取了全国会议精神汇报,认真学习中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于严格控制机构编制的通知》(厅字〔2011〕22号)精神,研究贯彻落实意见。省委书记姜异康、省长姜大明对分类推进事业单位改革、加强机构编制工作提出了明确要求。各级编办按照全国编办主任会议精神和省委、省政府的要求,围绕大局,突出重点,积极谋划,狠抓落实,目前年度工作任务均已超半,有的工作已经完成。
Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government attach great importance to the organization of work. After the National Chief Executive’s Meeting, the provincial government executive meeting and the provincial Editorial Board meeting listened to the spirit of the national conference and seriously studied the “Circular on Strictly Controlling the Establishment of Institutions” of the General Office of the State Council and the State Council (Hall No. [2011] 22 ) Spirit, research and implement the views. Jiang Yi-kang, secretary of the provincial party committee and governor Jiang Daming, put forward specific requirements on promoting the reform of public institutions in a classified manner and strengthening the compiling of institutions. At all levels, in accordance with the spirit of the National Chief Executives’ Meeting and the requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, all levels of the workmen’s organizations focus their efforts on the overall situation, make active plans, and make every effort to implement them. At present, their work tasks have been over half and some work has been completed.
