半浮芯棒轧制是为解决全浮芯棒轧制所存在的问题,而提出的一种新工艺。针对不同轧管机的用途和功率大小,笔者提出了半浮轧制时芯棒的三种控制方案。本文简介这三种系统的工作原理。其内容也适用于其它场合动力性负载的速度控制。
Semi-floating mandrel rolling is to solve the problems of full-floating mandrel rolling, and proposed a new technology. According to different uses and power of rolling machine, the author puts forward three control schemes of mandrel during semi-floating rolling. This article describes the working principle of these three systems. Its content is also applicable to speed control of power load in other occasions.
