1971年在国际大地测量和地球物理联合会(IUGG)的第十五届大会上确定了新的“国际标准重力网”(简称为IGSN-71),并规定国际计量局内的Sevres A点为世界重力原点。
A new International Standard Gravity Network (IGSN-71) was defined in 1971 at the fifteenth session of the International Geodetic and Geophysical Union (IUGG) and stipulated that the Sevres A point in the International Bureau of Metrology is the world Gravity origin.
