本文按企业对高职学生的要求,提出了对学生的评价不应局限于传统的试卷评价方法,而是应该对学生进行包括学生基础专业理论知识、文化素养、学习生活习惯、自觉性评价、生活知识、环境适应能力、工作态度与能力、专业知识的应用、动手技能、身体状况等多个方面的综合评价。阐述了各个方面的考核形式及考核要点。此种评价方法符合现代职业教育理论和企事业单位用人要求。
