重视微量白蛋白尿在心血管疾病中的重要地位

近年来临床实践表明,慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)患者是心血管疾病(CVD)的高危人群,二者关系极为密切。大部分CKD患者在没有进入肾脏替代治疗(RRT)前就已死亡,其中最主要的死亡原因是心血管疾病(CVD)。因此应努力在CKD患者中寻找既可以高度预测心血管并发症的发生,又可以采取积极的干预措施来延缓慢性肾脏病和心血管并发症的临床指标,提高患者的生存率。微量白蛋白尿(MAU)是反映肾脏损伤、高血压、糖尿病、心血管疾病的指标,对判断疾病发生、发展、预后有重要的参考价值。大量研究发现,无论是糖尿病、高血压或是普通人群,MAU的存在即预示着心血管事件发生及死亡的风险明显增加,减少MAU的排泄可以起到保护肾脏及心脏的双重作用。 In recent years, clinical practice shows that patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) are at high risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD), the relationship between the two is very close. Most patients with CKD have died before entering renal replacement therapy (RRT), the leading cause of death being cardiovascular disease (CVD). Therefore, efforts should be made to find out the patients with CKD can highly predict the occurrence of cardiovascular complications, but also take active interventions to delay the clinical indicators of chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular complications and improve patient survival. Microalbuminuria (MAU) is an indicator of kidney damage, hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular disease, and has an important reference value for judging the occurrence, development and prognosis of the disease. A large number of studies have found that the presence of MAU, whether it is diabetes, hypertension or the general population, indicates a marked increase in the risk of cardiovascular events and death. Reducing MAU excretion can play a dual role in protecting the kidney and heart.
