在国家有关部委的关心和指导下 ,在湖北省政府和蜂业主管部门的努力下 ,《湖北省蜂业管理办法》于 2 0 0 3年 2月 2 7日正式发布。这是我国第一个以政府令方式发布的省级《蜂业管理办法》。它的发布将规范湖北省的蜂业管理工作 ,使湖北蜂业生产的方方面面有法可依 ,因此《办法》的认真贯彻和实施必将有力促进湖北省蜂业的健康发展 ,这确实是湖北省蜂业工作者值得庆贺的一件事情。尤其值得指出的是 :《办法》的制定者们本着贯彻中央三个代表指导思想、落实中央减轻农民负担的精神 ,在《办法》中删除了一些收费规定 ,这将减少蜂农转地放蜂的许多困难和减轻蜂农许多不应有的负担。《办法》的出台必将得到广大蜂农的拥护。为了宣传和推广湖北省出台的《办法》 ,本刊特全文转载 ,希冀其它养蜂重点省 (区 )也能在不久的将来有类似的《办法》出台 ,引导全国蜂业生产、经营向法制化方向迈进。
