随着职教事业的蓬勃发展,人文素养在社会工作中占有的比例越来越大。人文素质课程的内容广泛、定位深刻、思想性较强,因此获得了广大教育工作者的关注。但是,很多高职院校由于自身的发展限制,普遍存在着人文素质课程结构松散、定位不精确、项目开发迟缓等内容,严重制约着高职教育的发展。特别是对于实践性大、创意性强的艺术类综合课程,具更加重要的发展意义。本文针对高职艺术类人文素质课程在职业活动中的发展进程进行探究,供同行业工作者参考。
With the vigorous development of vocational education, humanistic attainments have become increasingly important in social work. The content of humanistic quality curriculum is extensive, profound positioning, strong ideological, so access to the majority of educators attention. However, due to their limited development, many higher vocational colleges generally have such problems as loosely structured humanistic quality courses, inaccurate positioning and slow development of projects, which severely constrain the development of higher vocational education. Especially for practical, creative and comprehensive arts courses, more important development significance. This article aims to probe into the development process of art humanistic quality curriculum in vocational activities in vocational activities for the reference of workers in the same industry.
