目的研究和探讨上消化道出血患者的内科护理方法和护理效果。方法对2012年3月~2013年10月本院收治的76例上消化道出血患者的临床资料和护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果对患者进行饮食、心理等一系列内科护理措施后,76例患者的病情均得到了不同程度的改善,临床疗效满意。结论对上消化道出血患者进行积极、有效的内科护理,能够提高临床治疗效果,值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective To study and explore the medical nursing methods and nursing effects of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients. Methods The clinical data and nursing methods of 76 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results After a series of medical nursing interventions such as diet and psychology, the patient’s condition of 76 patients improved to some extent, and the clinical curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion The positive and effective medical care for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can improve the clinical curative effect, which is worth to be popularized clinically.
