在图书馆员心目中,图书馆工作环境应具备十三项条件,而图书馆长则必须尽量创造这些条件,以便与雇员们建立良好的工作关系。尽管这些条件看起来似乎过于理想化,可它们仍然是图书馆员们应当致力追求的目标。这十三项条件是:稳定性、责任感、工作规定、工作的意义、工作领导、灵活性、信任感、明确的行政管理关系、威信、合理的薪金、辅助性服务、学习的机会、舒适与有益健康的工作环境。图书馆员有理由希望图书馆具备某些必要的工作条件,而图书馆长也有责任为自己的下属提供这些条件。建立雇员——雇主间
In the eyes of librarians, there are thirteen conditions for the working environment of the library, and the librarian must try to create these conditions in order to establish a good working relationship with the employees. Although these conditions may seem overly idealized, they remain the goal that librarians should pursue. These 13 conditions are: Stability, Responsibility, Work Regulations, Work Significance, Job Leadership, Flexibility, Trust, A Clear Administrative Relationship, Prestige, Reasonable Salary, Supplementary Services, Learning Opportunities, Comfort A healthy working environment.
