1病例分析1.1一般资料:患者,女,43岁,因发热、恶心、呕吐、腹泻半月,少尿、全身水肿2 d,于2011年1月以“急性肾功能衰竭”入住我院感染科。患者于半月前无明显诱因出现发热(体温最高38.6℃)、恶心、呕吐,呕吐为非喷射状,呕吐物为胃内容物,腹泻、腹痛,大便为稀黄色样便,每天3～5次。曾在当地诊所以“急性胃肠炎”给予治疗(具体不详)。
1 Case Analysis 1.1 General Information: Patient, female, 43 years old, admitted to our hospital due to fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, urinary and systemic edema for 2 days in January 2011 with acute renal failure Section. Patients had no obvious cause of fever in half a month ago (body temperature up to 38.6 ℃), nausea, vomiting, vomiting non-jet-like, vomit for the stomach contents, diarrhea, abdominal pain, stool is thin yellow like stool, 3 to 5 times a day. Has been in the local clinic to “acute gastroenteritis” to give treatment (specifically unknown).
