建立了AOD全铁水冶炼不锈钢的配料模型,确定了各种模型参数,以此分析冶炼过程的热量收支情况和影响过程热量的关键因素。结果表明,通过本模型能够很好地确定冶炼过程的发热剂配量。热量收入方面,AOD全铁水冶炼时,化学反应热和炉衬显热均超过30%,铁水的热量为20%~30%,增加炉衬显热可以有效地减少发热剂的加入量。提高CO二次燃烧率,可以显著增加熔池热量的供给,减少发热剂用量。
A batch model of stainless steel for AOD all-metal smelting was established, and various model parameters were determined to analyze the heat budget and the key factors that affect the process heat. The results show that the model can be very good to determine the heat of the smelting process dosing. Heat revenue, AOD full hot metal smelting, the chemical reaction heat and the lining of sensible heat are more than 30%, hot metal heat of 20% to 30%, increase the lining of sensible heat can effectively reduce the amount of heating agent. Improve the secondary combustion rate of CO, can significantly increase the pool heat supply, reducing the amount of heating agent.
