社会单位做好火灾防范工作的重要性在《消防法》中得到了明确——单位全面负责。社会单位有义务和责任做好火灾防范工作,单位全面负责包含了火灾预防、初起扑救、疏散逃生和教育宣传等多个方面,如何切实做好社会单位火灾防范工作显得尤为重要。目前实际情况看,很多社会单位仍存在不同程度的管理问题,其管理形式和能力不能承担相应任务和职责。本文从火灾的发生、发展等方面分析并提出具体措施,以期减少火灾的发生,在火灾发生后如何最大程度降低损失。
The importance of the fire prevention work done by social units has been clearly defined in the Fire Services Act - the unit is fully responsible. Social units have the obligation and responsibility to do a good job in fire prevention work. The unit is fully responsible for the prevention and control of fires in various social units, including fire prevention, early fighting, evacuation and education and publicity. At present, the actual situation shows that many social units still have different degrees of management problems, and their management forms and capabilities can not undertake the corresponding tasks and responsibilities. In this paper, the occurrence and development of fire are analyzed and put forward specific measures in order to reduce the occurrence of fire, how to minimize the loss after the fire.
