筒形件强旋时 ,由于不均匀的塑性变形 ,在旋压件内产生残余应力。残余应力的大小及其分布规律对旋压件的使用性能有重要的影响。本文用弹塑性有限元法对旋压件内的残余应力进行了预测 ,求得了减薄率、进给比、旋轮工作角、毛坯壁厚、材料性能等因素对残余应力分布的影响。并将有限元计算结果与实测结果进行了比较。
Cylindrical pieces of strong spin, due to uneven plastic deformation, residual stress in the spinning piece. Residual stress and its distribution of the size of the spin on the use of performance has an important impact. In this paper, the residual stress in the spinning component is predicted by the elasto-plastic finite element method. The influence of the factors such as the reduction ratio, the feed ratio, the working angle of the rotating wheel, the thickness of the blank, the material properties on the residual stress distribution are obtained. The results of finite element calculation and measured results are compared.
