鉴于棉籽油饼的毒性,若分散在民间任其自由加工,则容易导致事故。为了将棉籽油饼作为一种良好的蛋白质资源加以利用,我们着手研究用于工业上生产去毒棉籽油饼粉的简单加工方法。根据前人的研究:温度、湿度、化学试剂及食物等因素的作用均可促使棉籽油饼中“游离棉酚”含量下降,我们首先就各类因素对棉籽油饼的去毒作用所需条件进行了系统的研究,然后进一步找出一种简易可行并能适当地保存其蛋白质营养价值的加工方法。
In view of the toxicity of cottonseed cake, if dispersed in civil free any processing, it is easy to cause an accident. In order to make use of cottonseed cake as a good source of protein, we set out to develop a simple process for the industrial production of detoxified cottonseed cake. According to previous studies, the effects of temperature, humidity, chemical reagents and food on the content of “free gossypol” in cottonseed oil cakes can be reduced. We first carried out the necessary conditions for the detoxification of cottonseed cakes based on various factors Systematic research, and then find out a simple and feasible and can properly preserve the nutritional value of the protein processing methods.
