随着基础工程的发展,桥梁高墩明显增多,而且施工场地狭窄,不适宜大型设备使用。通过翻模、爬模、滑模等工艺技术经济方面综合对比,选择采用交替提升模板进行薄壁高墩施工。交替提升模板由支架系统、模板和塔吊组成,相邻两墩共享一套模板和塔吊交替施工、易拆装,无需另设动力系统,成品质量好、施工安全性好,而且施工进度较快,特别易于山区狭窄地区施工操作。
