研究了超声滚压(SURP)预处理对60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢热处理过程中脱碳层产生的影响规律。研究结果表明,SURP预处理会显著降低弹簧钢脱碳层厚度,不仅总脱碳层厚度有所降低,全脱碳层厚度也有所降低,且随着滚压次数的增加脱碳层厚度呈降低趋势。SURP预处理造成弹簧钢脱碳层厚度降低的机制为:热轧态弹簧钢经SURP处理后表层形成了铁素体形变织构,在后续的淬火保温过程中,织构具有相变遗传性,使碳原子晶界扩散受阻,扩散激活能增大,扩散系数降低,从而减缓碳原子扩散速度,导致脱碳层厚度降低。
The influence of SURP pretreatment on the decarburization layer during the heat treatment of 60Si2CrVAT spring steel was studied. The results show that SURP pretreatment can significantly reduce the thickness of the decarburized layer of the spring steel, not only decreasing the total decarburization layer thickness but also decreasing the decarburization layer thickness, and the decarburization layer thickness decreases with the increase of the rolling times trend. SURP pretreatment caused by the decarburization layer of spring steel to reduce the thickness of the mechanism: hot rolled spring steel surface treated SURP formed ferrite deformation texture, in the subsequent quenching and tempering process, the texture has a phase transition hereditary, So that the diffusion of carbon atoms is blocked, the diffusion activation energy increases, the diffusion coefficient decreases, thereby slowing the diffusion rate of carbon atoms, resulting in decarbonization layer thickness decreases.
