知识经济的显著特点就是知识成为最重要的经济资源,学习和创新成为最重要的经济活动过程。未来的经济增长将更加依赖于知识的大量生产、快速传播、及时汲取和有效应用,产品和服务中蕴涵的知识量成为竞争的重要基础,知识资源的快速扩张则成为经济可持续发展的关键。在知识经济时代,国家经济的整体活力和发展潜力将更多地取决于知识资源的多少,更多地依赖于国家整体上学习和创新能力的大小。
The notable feature of knowledge economy is that knowledge has become the most important economic resource. Learning and innovation are the most important economic activities. Future economic growth will depend more on the mass production of knowledge, rapid dissemination, timely absorption and effective application, and knowledge contained in products and services will become an important basis for competition. The rapid expansion of knowledge resources has become the key to sustainable economic development. In the era of knowledge economy, the overall vitality and development potential of the national economy will depend more on the amount of knowledge resources, more on the size of the country’s overall ability to learn and innovate.
