Chengdu Jinhongye Paper Co., Ltd., located in Chengdu in 2006, is a branch of Jin Hongye Paper Group, the largest tissue paper company in Asia. It is located in Longteng Industrial City, Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone. Over the past seven years, with the strong support of the Chengdu Municipal Government, the company’s production and operation indicators such as production capacity, sales revenue, net income, and actual taxes have been on the rise. Production capacity increased from 293 t in 2006 to 19,766 t in 2012, and sales revenue increased from 3.24 million in 2006 to 202.32 million in 2012. Net income decreased from loss status
