年龄影响着药物的疗效。药物与人体是有相互作用关系的,药物作用于人体可起预防和治疗作用,当然药物也有副作用和毒性反应;反过来人体对药物进入体内后的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄,直至最后清除也有直接影响。进入老年期后,人体各器官的实质细胞趋于减少和萎缩,其功能随之减退,以致各器官的贮备能力下降,用药安全幅度变窄。所以老年人要安全,有效,合理地用药。
