CIO不仅需要把信息系统“做”出来,还需要把它“卖”给每个员工。2002年初的一天,神州数码(中国)有限公司信息化管理部总经理郑小维和通信组的几个员工做了件轰动全公司的事:那天,他们很早就来到公司,将公司所租用的北京希格玛大厦3个楼层的每个卫生间的每扇门上贴上VoIP的宣传纸。因为高度正好是入厕人蹲下后眼睛正对的位置,所有进入卫生间的人都无一例外地被它吸引。一时间,公司上下几乎都在谈论VoIP;同时,大家开始佩服起郑小维及其团队的IT营销能力。
