人类常规体外受精(IVF)中,植入前胚胎通常是在第2d或第3d移植入宫腔,此时胚胎处于4~8个细胞阶段。而自然妊娠时,此阶段的胚胎尚停留于输卵管中,因此处于卵裂阶段的胚胎过早暴露于子宫环境可能损害胚胎的发育及生命力。本研究的目的是使用一种系列培养系统(G1及G2培养液分别用于第1~3 d及第3~5 d时段培养)将胚胎培养至囊胚阶段(第5d)进行移植以观察其种植率并与第3d移植的胚胎进行比较。
