本文对西安事变爆发后直至90年代，海内外西安事变研究的重要成果进行了扼要的概述和评介。其中首先涉及到澳大利亚、美国、法国等西方国家学人的研究成果，以及香港、台湾地区的研究成果和状况。同时，文章对建国以来大陆的主要研究成果作了综合概述和充分肯定，并对研究中的某些问题和方面提出了批评和建议。
This article briefly summarizes and comments on the important achievements of Xi’an Incident Studies both at home and abroad since the outbreak of Xi’an Incident and up to the 1990s. First of all, it involves the research results of scholars from Western countries such as Australia, the United States and France and the research results and status of Hong Kong and Taiwan. At the same time, the article made a comprehensive overview and full affirmation of the main research results of the mainland since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and also put forward criticisms and suggestions on some problems and aspects of the study.
