[目的]探讨Bmi-1蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理学行为的相关性.[方法]选取62例乳腺癌和62例癌旁组织芯片,利用免疫组织化学方法检测Bmi-1蛋白在乳腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达水平.[结果]Bmi-1蛋白在62例乳腺癌中的阳性表达率为83.4%,与在癌旁组织中的12.9%相比较明显升高(P<0.01).在TNM分期中,T2和T3,T4期阳性表达率分别为87.1%和92.0%,与T1期33.3%相比较均明显提高(P<0.01).有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌中阳性表达率为92.2%,与无淋巴结转移的45.5%相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).在临床分期1~2期和3~4期中阳性表达率分别为70.8%和92.1%,相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]Bmi-1蛋白的高表达在乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,且与乳腺癌的T分期、临床分期和淋巴结转移相关.
[Objective] To investigate the expression of Bmi-1 protein in breast cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological behavior. [Methods] Sixty-two breast cancer samples and 62 para-cancerous tissue samples were obtained. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect Bmi-1 The protein expression of Bmi-1 in breast cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The positive rate of Bmi-1 protein in 62 cases of breast cancer was 83.4%, which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.01) .In the TNM stage, the positive rates of T2 and T3, T4 were 87.1% and 92.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of 33.3% of T1 (P <0.01) .The positive rate of breast cancer with lymph node metastasis The expression rate was 92.2%, which was significantly different from that of 45.5% without lymph node metastasis (P <0.01) .The positive rates in the clinical stages of stage 1 ~ 2 and stage 3 ~ 4 were 70.8% and 92.1%, respectively (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The high expression of Bmi-1 protein plays an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer and is related to the T stage, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
