目的:探讨干扰素-γ、干扰素-α能否抑制玻璃体内细胞增生。方法:应用~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)掺入及液体闪烁测量技术,观察不同浓度的干扰素-γ、干扰素-α(10IU/ml~10~4IU/ml)在3天、5天两个时间点对体外培养的人视网膜色素上皮细胞的影响。结果:在3天时观察,干扰素-γ对人视网膜色素上皮细胞有轻度的抑制作用,最大(10~4IU/ml)抑制率为26%(P<0.05),干扰素-α对视网膜色素上皮细胞有轻度的抑制作用,最大(10~4IU/ml)抑制率为26%(P<0.05)干扰素-α对视网膜色素上皮细胞的抑制作用,较干扰素-γ弱(10~4IU/ml时抑制率为16%)。5天时观察,抑制作用较3天时减弱。结论:干扰素-γ、干扰素-α对人视网膜色素上皮细胞有轻度的抑制作用,其作用维持3天左右。
Objective: To investigate whether interferon-γ and interferon-α can inhibit the proliferation of intravitreal cells.
