资金是市场经济的血液,金融是市场经济的血脉枢纽,是融通资金、合理分配利用资金的关键所在。地方经济的发展离不开金融的推动,同时地方金融的发展也离不开地方经济的基础辅助。两者相辅相成,相互依存,相互促进。因此,作为地方经济的主导者,地方政府必须积极做好地方金融工作,促进地方经济又好又快发展。
Capital is the blood of the market economy. Finance is the blood-liquid hub of the market economy. It is the key to financing and allocating and utilizing funds rationally. The development of local economy can not be separated from the promotion of finance. Meanwhile, the development of local finance can not be separated from the foundation of local economy. The two are complementary, interdependent and mutually reinforcing. Therefore, as the leader of local economy, local governments must actively do local financial work and promote sound and rapid development of local economy.
