长期在教育教学一线的数学教师都有这样的经历——中途接班或者开始一个学段的教学。面对一群陌生的学生,教师对他们数学学习情况几乎一无所知,如何快速地了解他们数学学习情况,了解他们的学习心理,对我们有效的制定教学计划、安排教学进度、选择教学策略等都有直接影响。学生之间的心理差异和数学学习情况的差异永远是客观存在的,数学教师只有用最短的时间、最有效的办法去了解、发现学生的这些差异,才能真正因材施教,少走弯路,提高教育教学的效率。多年的教学经历笔者摸索出一套快速识别学生数学学习差异性的办法,现论述如下:
