目的 观察丽珠胃三联加达克普隆根除 HP疗效 ,探索根除 HP最佳方案。方法 将 190例 HP感染患者分为两组 ,观察组 94例给丽珠胃三联 4片 (2次 /日 ) +达克普隆 30 mg (1次 /日 ) ;对照组 96例给丽珠得乐 0 .2 2 g+阿莫西林 1.0 g+瑞贝克 80 mg+雷尼替丁 0 .15 g,2次 /日 ;两组疗程均 7天。停药 1个月后复查尿素酶试验及病理切片两者均阴性称根除。无效者互换治疗方案。结果 :观察总组共 12 3例 ,根除 112例 ,根除率 91.0 6 % ;对照总组共 10 5例 ,根除 74例 ,根除率 70 .4 8% ;未发现严重药物副作用 ,两组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。两组一般副作用分别为14 .6 3%和 15 .2 % ,两组比较无显著性差异。结论 丽珠胃三联加达克普隆 1周疗法根除 HP疗效高 ,疗程短 ,无严重副作用 ,依从性好 ,值得经济条件好的地区作为首选方案 ;主张联合用药根除 HP,避免选用患者可能耐药的抗菌素
Objective To observe the curative effect of Livzon stomach triple plus lidacuron in treating HP and explore the best protocol for eradicating HP. Methods 190 patients with HP infection were divided into two groups. 94 cases in the observation group were given Lizhuwei triple quadruple tablets (twice a day) and daclopronin 30 mg once a day. 96 cases in the control group were given Livzon Dele 0 .2 2 g + amoxicillin 1.0 g + Rebekac 80 mg + ranitidine 0 .15 g, 2 times / day; two courses of treatment were 7 days. One month after discontinuation of urease test and biopsy, both negative were eradicated. Invalid swap treatment options. Results: The total group of 123 cases were observed, the eradication of 112 cases, the eradication rate was 91.0 6%; control group, a total of 105 cases, eradication of 74 cases, the eradication rate was 70.48%; no serious side effects of drugs, the two groups were compared Significant difference (P <0.01). The two groups of general side effects were 14.63% and 15.2%, no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions Livzon stomach triple quadruplex clopidogrel treatment for one week has the advantages of high curative effect, short course of treatment, no serious side effects, good compliance and good economic conditions as the first choice. It is advocated that combination therapy can eradicate HP and avoid patients’ possible resistance Antibiotic medicine
