目的探讨血清CA125、CEA、SF联合检测对卵巢癌诊断价值分析。方法对89例卵巢癌组、70例卵巢良性肿瘤组、82例健康对照组样本采用微粒子化学发光法联合测定血清CA125、CEA和SF的含量。结果卵巢癌组血清CA125、CEA、SF值明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组和健康对照组(P<0.05)。CA125、CEA、SF检测的敏感性、特异性分别为89.9%、87.8%;51.1%,82.5%;80.9%、85.6%。三项联检敏感性更高。结论联合检测CA125、CEA、SF可提高对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum CA125, CEA and SF in ovarian cancer. Methods Serum levels of CA125, CEA and SF in 89 cases of ovarian cancer, 70 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 82 healthy controls were measured by microparticle chemiluminescence. Results The serum levels of CA125, CEA and SF in ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor group and healthy control group (P <0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of CA125, CEA and SF were 89.9%, 87.8%, 51.1%, 82.5%, 80.9% and 85.6%, respectively. Three joint inspection more sensitive. Conclusion Combined detection of CA125, CEA and SF can improve the diagnostic value of ovarian cancer.
