在尧栾高速工程项目中,对BIM技术在设计阶段进行了应用研究。建立完成了桥梁参数化构件族库,通过参数化构件族库建立完整的桥梁三维可视化模型。根据可视化参数模型进行桥梁设计过程中的碰撞检测、工程量自动统计及分析,施工进度分析以及4D模拟辅助施工管理控制。根据BIM技术在设计阶段的应用,提出了当前阶段BIM技术存在的不足,该项目在设计阶段采用BIM技术,大大优化施工方案,节约成本。
In Yao Luan high-speed project, the BIM technology in the design phase of applied research. The establishment and completion of the bridge parameterization component library, through the parametric component library to establish a complete bridge three-dimensional visualization model. According to the visualization parameter model, collision detection, automatic statistics and analysis of construction quantity, construction progress analysis and 4D simulation auxiliary construction management control are carried out in bridge design process. According to the application of BIM technology in the design phase, the existing problems of BIM technology are put forward. By using BIM technology in the design phase, the project greatly optimizes the construction scheme and saves the cost.
