目的建立射干中异构体和结构相近化合物反相高效液相手性流动相拆分分析方法。方法采用Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相水相含0.5%甲基-β-环糊精、0.1%磷酸,有机相为乙腈,梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,检测波长为265 nm。结果成功拆分鸢尾甲黄素A、B同分异构体以及与其结构相近的野鸢尾黄素,并且能同时测定射干中的8个成分。结论该方法使射干达到基线分离,有效缩短分析时间、耐用性好、分析成本低。
OBJECTIVE To establish a reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of isomers and structurally related compounds in peri (a) Methods Kromasil C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.5% methyl-β-cyclodextrin and 0.1% phosphoric acid in the water phase. 30 ℃, detection wavelength of 265 nm. Results The iris-flavone A and B isomers were successfully resolved and the wild tectoriribate with similar structure was separated, and the eight components in the ejaculation were measured simultaneously. Conclusions This method can make the injection dry up to baseline separation, effectively shorten the analysis time, good durability and low analysis cost.
