患者薛某,男性,17岁。学生。因双膝关节痛伴活动受限半年入院。既往无药物过敏史,本人及家族中亦无高血压病史。检查:血压110/60,心肺听诊(一),肝脾未触及。双膝关节无红肿,但有压痛,双下肢外展受限。血常规正常;血沉60mm/h;类风湿因子阴性;x线片示双侧关节类风湿性关节炎表现。服阿斯匹林每日3次,每次1.0g,布络芬每次0.2g,每日3次。20天后,双膝关节痛明显好转,双下肢活动自如,血沉
Xuemou patients, male, 17 years old. student. Accompanied by activities of knee joint with limited access to hospital for six months. Past history of drug allergy, I and family history of hypertension. Check: blood pressure 110/60, cardiopulmonary auscultation (a), liver and spleen not touched. No swelling of the double knee, but tenderness, limited abduction of both lower extremities. Normal blood; ESR 60mm / h; negative rheumatoid factor; x-ray showed bilateral joint rheumatoid arthritis performance. Take aspirin 3 times a day, each 1.0g, Clofibrate 0.2g each time, 3 times a day. 20 days later, the knee joint pain was significantly improved, both lower extremities move freely, ESR
