1984年我矿引进了美制二手设备2100BL挖掘机4台。该设备与370电动轮汽车配套使用,每年可完成我矿采剥总量的三分之一左右。 1.挖掘机动臂概况 2100BL挖掘机的动臂采用等强度箱形结构,如图1,臂长13.521米,宽3.48米,高2.053米,重25.5吨。动臂跟1的工作面为曲面,如图2,在挖掘机工作时承受着强烈的冲击载荷,工况恶劣。推压大轴轴承座4采用结构件,由动臂侧板、减速箱臂板等支承。推压大轴轴承座是动臂的最关键部位,往往由于它的损坏难以修复而导致动臂报废。推压大轴轴承座的A-A剖面见图3,B-B剖面见图4。焊在动臂两侧的为铲杆滑道5。动臂体2是由含锰1.6~1.8%的钢板焊接而成。钢板的厚度为25.4~38.1mm。在检查动臂内部结构时发现了焊口粘贴着没有用尽的空心焊条,这说明美制动臂采用了自动焊工艺。
In 1984, we imported 4 sets of 2100BL excavators for American second-hand equipment.
