为探索在大庆油田140mm套管井上应用127射孔弹以提高射孔穿深,达到更好的射孔效果,研制出102枪装127弹射孔工艺技术。模拟井和地面试验井试验表明,该工艺解决了枪身强度、合理装药量等关键技术,使该项新工艺既实现了射孔弹最佳合理炸高和枪靶间隙以达到深穿透的目的,又防止了102枪涨大、炸裂。大庆油田近千口井现场试验表明,该技术的射孔穿深、孔径等技术指标在行业标准允许的范围内,并能有效地提高采液、采油强度。
In order to explore the application of 127 perforation bombs on the 140mm cased hole in Daqing Oilfield to improve perforation penetration and achieve better perforation effects, a 102-gun 127-ejection perforation technique was developed. The simulation wells and ground test wells show that the process solves the key technologies such as the strength of the gun body and the reasonable dosage so that the new process not only realizes the optimal reasonable height of shot and the gap of the gun to achieve deep penetration The purpose, but also to prevent the 102 gun up, burst. Field tests in nearly a thousand wells in Daqing Oilfield show that the perforation penetration, aperture and other technical indicators of this technology are within the allowable range of the industry standard and can effectively improve the strength of liquid production and oil recovery.
