商品的使用价值由商品的功能效用和文化效用两个部分组成。商品的功能效用和商品的文化效用从两个不同的方面满足消费者的需求。消费者购买商品获得的总效用是商品的功能效用和文化效用之和。消费者根据“货币支出获得的商品总效用给自己带来尽可能满足”的原则来购买商品。生产者在产品设计、创新和新产品开发过程中,应从商品的功能效用和文化效用两个方面来使商品更好地满足消费者的需要。
The value of use of goods by the functional and cultural utility of two parts. The functional utility of goods and the cultural utility of goods satisfy consumers' needs in two different ways. The total utility consumers get when purchasing a product is the sum of the functional and cultural utility of the product. Consumers buy goods based on the principle that “the total utility of the goods obtained by monetary expenditures gives oneself as much satisfaction as possible.” In the process of product design, innovation and new product development, producers should make the products better meet the needs of consumers from two aspects: the functional utility and the cultural utility.
