Hunan Yuelu Publishing House recently launched Xin Yue’s novel “Grand Duke So Ji Ze”. This work is described in the Qing Emperor Guangxu five years in August, imperial envoy Chong thick intimidated by tsarist Russia’s despotic power, in the Black Sea coast of Livadia and Russia signed a treaty to withdraw Yili. This treaty nominally reclaims Ili, which was occupied by Russia for more than a decade, but in reality ceded a large part of the territory to the west and south of Ili and lost many other important rights.
