电子束技术应用于金属材料表面的抛光,作为一种新型的材料加工工艺,具有抛光效率高、材料去除效果好、抛光表面性能优良等优点。本文在探讨电子束抛光(EBP)技术机理的基础上,介绍了国内外EBP技术所使用的材料和设备类型,给出了EBP技术的数值模型,分析了工件材料、脉冲电压、能量密度和脉冲次数等不同的因素对EBP的影响规律。在总结EBP技术的优点和缺点的基础上,对EBP金属材料的现状和发展方向进行了评价和展望。
Electron beam technology is applied to the polishing of the surface of metal materials. As a new material processing technology, it has the advantages of high polishing efficiency, good material removal effect and excellent polishing surface performance. Based on the discussion of electron beam polishing (EBP) technology mechanism, this paper introduced the types of materials and equipments used in EBP technology at home and abroad, gave the numerical model of EBP technology, analyzed the material, pulse voltage, energy density and pulse The number of different factors such as the impact of EBP. On the basis of summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of EBP technology, the current situation and development direction of EBP metallic materials are evaluated and prospected.
