目的;探讨踝臂指数(ABI)及肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)对冠心病(CHD)及其病变程度的预测价值。方法;对经冠脉造影确诊的432例CHD患者和535例非CHD患者进行baPWV、ABI检测,分析CHD患者的baPWV、ABI变化特征,并与非CHD组对照。结果;(1)非CHD组、单支病变组、双支病变组、三支病变组baPWV值逐渐增加,且四组间baP-WV比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)冠脉病变组与非病变组之间ABI有明显差异(P<0.05),ABI在冠脉病变程度组间逐渐递减,且三支病变组与单支病变组及双支病变组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论;ABI及baPWV均可反映冠脉病变的程度。baPWV、ABI可作为CHD的早期预测指标。
Objective To investigate the predictive value of ankle brachial index (ABI) and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) on coronary heart disease (CHD) and its severity. Methods: The results of baPWV and ABI in 432 CHD patients and 535 non-CHD patients diagnosed by coronary angiography were analyzed. The changes of baPWV and ABI in CHD patients were analyzed and compared with non-CHD patients. Results: (1) The baPWV values of non-CHD group, single-vessel disease group, double-vessel disease group and triple-vessel disease group increased gradually, and the difference of baP-WV between the four groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). (2) There was a significant difference in ABI between coronary artery disease group and non-lesion group (P <0.05). ABI gradually decreased between coronary artery disease group and coronary artery disease group, single vessel disease group and double vessel disease group The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion; ABI and baPWV can reflect the degree of coronary lesions. baPWV, ABI can be used as an early predictor of CHD.
