目的 :探讨18F FDGPET在健康查体中的应用价值。材料和方法 :回顾性分析以健康查体为目的行18F FDGPET检查者 3 67人的资料 ,定性与半定量法 (SUV值 )分析PET图像 ,并与随访结果比较。结果 :PET显像阴性者 2 60例 (70 .8% ) ;阳性者 10 7例 (2 9.2 % ) ,其中良性病变 99例 (2 7.0 % ) ,恶性病变 8例 (2 .2 % )。结论 :18F FDGPET显像在正常健康查体中可以发挥重要的临床意义。
Objective: To explore the value of 18F FDGPET in the medical examination. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data, qualitative and semi-quantitative (SUV) data of 3 67 people who underwent 18F FDG PET examination for the purpose of health examination and compared with the follow-up results. Results: Two hundred and seventy cases (70.8%) were PET negative and 107 (22.9%) positive, of which 99 were benign (7.0%) and 8 were malignant (2.2%). Conclusion: 18F FDG PET imaging can play an important clinical significance in normal physical examination.
