本文根据中国在建立市场经济体制过程中所具有的经济特点,依据宏观经济理论,构建了一个财政政策和货币政策效应分析的联立方程模型,并根据中国当前受全球经济危机影响的经济形势,模拟了2010年财政政策和货币政策对宏观经济的影响.结果表明,财政政策和货币政策的扩张对宏观经济目标变量都有显著的正向影响,而且对GDP的冲击效果大于对价格的效果;财政政策和货币政策同时扩张要强于各自单独的扩张对宏观经济目标变量GDP的影响,而同时扩张对CPI的影响要弱于单独的扩张影响.“,”Based on the economic characteristics of China's market during the market economy system establishment, and various macroeconomic theories, this paper is to build a simultaneous equations model to analyze the effect of financial policy and monetary policy, and further simulate the effect of fiscal policy and monetary policy on macro-economy in year 2010 under China's current economic environment affected by the global economy crisis. The results show that the effect of expansionary fiscal policy and monetary policy on macroeconomic variables is positive, and its impact on GDP is greater than that on price. In addition, it is also found that the effect of simultaneous expansion of both policies on macroeconomic target variables GDP is greater than the effect brought by each individual expansion, whereas the effect of the former on CPI is weaker than that of the latter.
