一、前言超声波是本世纪初逐渐发展起来的一门年青科学,大量研究工作证明超声波对很多物理、化学过程以及生产部门的工艺过程有显著的影响,故近年来逐渐地广泛地被应用到各个工业部门。例如在机械制造工业中用来探伤、处理金属铸锭、焊接、清洗、加工硬脆性物质,除尘。经工业化学工业中应用在纺织及染色、乳化、杀菌等方面。农业中用来处理种子以及医学上用来治疗疾病等等。由此可见超声波的用途是多种多样的。在冶金及热处理方面应用始于本世纪卅年代。最近几年来由于超声技术的发展,在这方面的研研工作有了很大进展。
I. Foreword Ultrasound is a young science developed gradually at the beginning of this century. A great deal of research work has proved that ultrasonic waves have a significant influence on many physical and chemical processes as well as the process of production department. Therefore, it has been gradually applied to various Industrial sector. For example, in the machinery manufacturing industry for testing, processing of metal ingots, welding, cleaning, processing of hard and brittle substances, dust removal. The industrial chemical industry used in textile and dyeing, emulsification, sterilization and so on. Agriculture is used to treat seeds and medically used to treat diseases and so on. This shows that the use of ultrasound is varied. The application of metallurgy and heat treatment began in this century. In recent years due to the development of ultrasound technology, research work in this area has made great progress.
