The elderly, unlike the younger generation, are constantly concerned about their health every day and every morning. They feel stiff in the morning and lament their strength during the day. Preventive care can not slow down the aging process, but it has a decisive role in the health care issue of early detection, mitigation of both suffering and prevention of complications. A large number of elderly people entering the age of 65 or above, strengthening preventive care can reduce morbidity and mortality, thereby enhancing the value of life. According to statistics, the U.S. elderly people account for about 10% of the total population, with about 22 million (growth plan to 24 million in 1980). Of the 22 million elderly people, 81% have their own home, 14% live with their relatives, and only 5% live in nursing homes. Although 80% of the elderly have one or two chronic diseases, 82% of them are not in the nursing home and their activities are beyond their control. According to probability statistics, the life expectancy of women is estimated at 74 years and that of men at 67 years. Preventive care includes collecting information, analyzing problems, developing plans,
