为了比较不同提取工艺对胆酸和去氧胆酸的分离效果,试验以兔胆汁为原料,以乙醇法和醋酸乙酯法提取胆酸,分离胆酸后的母液以醋酸提取去氧胆酸。结果表明:与醋酸乙酯法相比,乙醇法提取的胆酸精品收率降低了7.49%(P>0.05),纯度提高了23.74%(P<0.01),折合纯品收率提高了14.48%(P<0.05);与醋酸乙酯法相比,醋酸提取去氧胆酸的精品收率提高了25.44%(P<0.01),纯度降低了4.98%(P>0.05),折合纯品收率提高了20.25%(P<0.05)。说明用乙醇法提取兔胆汁中胆酸的效果要优于醋酸乙酯法,这种优势将进一步影响到胆酸分离后的母液中去氧胆酸的提取效果。
In order to compare the separation effect of different extraction processes on cholic acid and deoxycholic acid, rabbit bile was used as raw material to extract cholic acid by ethanol method and ethyl acetate method. The mother liquor after separation of bile acid was extracted with acetic acid. The results showed that the yield of cholic acid extracted by ethanol method was reduced by 7.49% (P> 0.05), the purity was increased by 23.74% (P <0.01), and the yield of equivalent pure product was increased by 14.48% P <0.05). Compared with the ethyl acetate method, the yield of acetic acid extracted deoxycholic acid increased by 25.44% (P <0.01), the purity decreased by 4.98% (P> 0.05) 20.25% (P <0.05). This shows that the ethanol extraction of bile in rabbit bile acid effect is better than the ethyl acetate method, this advantage will further affect the bile acid mother liquor deoxycholate extraction.
