运用纳秒级脉冲辐解技术研究了稀有三环核苷衍生物6-甲基三环鸟苷(dYt)与一些单电子氧化性自由基的反应,表征了反应过程中产生的阳离子自由基dYt*+及其脱质子中性自由基dYt(-H)*的瞬态吸收光谱及pKa,并首次得到该化合物与*OH自由基及单电子氧化性自由基SO4*-,CO3*-,N3*反应的动力学速率常数,揭示了反应机理,为进一步了解该类化合物的氧化反应提供了一定的证据.
The reaction of the rare tricyclic nucleoside derivative 6-methyl tricyclic guanosine (dYt) with some single electron-oxidizing free radicals was studied using nanosecond pulsed radiolysis technology. The results showed that the cation radical dYt * + And its deprotonation of the neutral radical dYt (-H) * transient absorption spectra and pKa, and for the first time the compound and * OH free radicals and single electron oxidation free radicals SO4 * -, CO3 * -, N3 * The kinetic rate constant of the reaction reveals the reaction mechanism and provides some evidence for further understanding of the oxidation reaction of these compounds.
