制造型企业运用供应链管理的整体思维,站在客户的立场,无限追求物流总成本的最低是精益物流真正核心所在。在竞争日益激烈的时代,产品价格只会快速下降,如果企业不控制包括物流在内的成本,就会侵蚀到自己的利润。因此我们要从总成本上去考虑物流的效率,而不仅是物流的环节本身。可能大批量的方式在运输成本上有所降低,但是考虑到如果某一批次有质量问题,或者产品制造中的设计变化以及库存及现金周转等问题,从总成本上看并不是最优的方式。如何实现企业物流合理有效的管理,从而提高企业竞争力,是企业面临的重要问题。利用信息技术,并结合先进的物流管理思想,是实现企业物流有效管理的重要途径。
Manufacturing enterprises use the overall thinking of supply chain management, standing in the customer’s position, unlimited pursuit of the lowest total cost of logistics is the real core of Lean Logistics. In an era of increasing competition, product prices will only decline rapidly, and if companies do not control costs, including logistics, they will erode their profits. Therefore, we must consider the total cost of logistics efficiency, not just the link of the logistics itself. It is possible to lower the shipping costs in a large number of ways, but considering that if a batch has quality problems, or design changes in product manufacturing and inventory and cash flow issues are not optimal in terms of total cost the way. How to realize the reasonable and effective management of enterprise logistics so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is an important issue for enterprises. The use of information technology, combined with advanced logistics management thinking, is an important way to achieve effective management of enterprise logistics.
