探讨了丙烯酸酯—苯乙烯共聚物降凝剂的合成条件。结果表明 :(1)在丙烯酸酯与苯乙烯的摩尔比为2∶1 ,引发剂量为0.05 % ,反应温度为80℃ ,反应时间为8h的条件下合成的共聚物具有最好的降凝效果 ;(2)当江汉原油中加入500mg/L最佳共聚产物时 ,可使其凝固点从28℃降为17℃。
The synthesis conditions of acrylate-styrene copolymer pour point depressant were discussed. The results showed that: (1) The copolymer synthesized under the conditions of acrylic acid ester to styrene molar ratio of 2:1, initiator amount of 0.05%, reaction temperature of 80 ℃ and reaction time of 8h had the best effect ; (2) When 500mg / L of the best copolymerization product was added into Jianghan crude oil, the freezing point of the mixture could be reduced from 28 ℃ to 17 ℃.
